Preet Sibia

Chief Executive Officer

Preet is the Chief Executive officer and founder of Apex Software. Prior to starting Apex Software Preet was working as an internet marketing manager at Education Invention Centre of Canada.

With over 17 years of experience in website designing, development and inbound marketing, he served clients in Canada, Australia and India on a range of business issues, including consumer behaviour and marketing as well as technology development and deployment.

Preet is heavily involved in developing new business and building out the team as well. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of search engine optimization as it applies to digital media and advertisement as well as to a range of other industries. Preet has led many projects focused on design and implementation of large-scale models for consumer behaviour. In addition to this Preet was awarded the award for Excellence by the Peel District School board for the DPA (Daily Physical activity program in schools) software that Team Apex had developed.

Preet holds Post graduation diploma in Computer Applications and has his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology.


Andrew Epkenhaus

National Sales Manager

Andrew is responsible for Apexcart sales. He is charged with growing the company’s sales force throughout Canada and equipping it with the tools necessary to meet our aggressive growth plans.

A self-motivated sales professional with over 30 years experience in sales, Andrew runs his own company in which he manages four different products
covering the Greater Toronto Area, Eastern and Northern Ontario.

He has a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines to achieve client satisfaction and to communicate effectively throughout an extensive customer network.

For many years Andrew was the recipent of SHARP Electronics President Club Sales award.

His accomplishments include:
Winner of numerous sales awards which include,6 times Sharp Electronics President Club Award Recipient.

Pallavi Sibia

Pallavi Sibia


Pallavi Sibia is responsible for managing all finance, accounting, tax, and philanthropy work at Apex Software

Pallavi Sibia brings many years of accounting and office administration experience to Apex’s business team. She Co-Founded Apex in May 2009 and remains involved in the daily operations as CCO. she is well-versed in excellent customer service, attention to detail, and technical writing.

Pallavi has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Karnataka University. She establishes the strategic plans and long-term goals in conjunction with the leadership team. She has a proven track record in successfully partnering with executive operations management and adjusting the IT organizations’ focus toward successful implementations and service support of clients and company strategies.

Pallavi is responsible for corporate growth, strategic client initiatives, and managing Apex’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy. In addition, she leads the strategic planning and execution of new technology discovery and innovative solutions to support our clients.
